Some of the regular and reoccurring responsibilities and expectations of the Customer Care Manager at NATCO may include, but not be limited to:
Managing the Customer Care staff and activities for the organization, ensuring the NATCO's success in customer satisfaction, profitability, and reputation.
Overseeing new customer acquisition, retention, and win-back campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis-concepts and implements campaigns.
Working directly with the Marketing department to develop proposals for campaigns and follow through to implementation as well as executive reporting on campaign status.
Planning, executing, and following up on customer retention campaigns, building customer relationships through a variety of media, including text, direct mail, email, catalog, telemarketing, customer loyalty programs, and other direct channels.
Working closely with all departments, training and providing employees with tools and technology to better serve customer needs, and ensuring the CCM works effectively.
Overseeing direct communications with customers and communicating with internal and external partners to meet customer expectations.
Negotiating contract renewal, drafting reports, and providing progress analysis.
Pursuing offers, experiences, and products that competitors do not provide.
Monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value strategies, ensuring maximum profitability.
Reviewing financial forecasts and responding to sales opportunities and risks.
Reviewing performance reports and all knowledge of the campaign gained from experience, incorporating everything that was learned into recommendations for future programs.
Tracking competitive programs and marketplace trends, and keeping abreast of best practices.
Qualifications and desired skills or experiences include:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Customer Care Manager, preferably in the broadband and telecommunications area; Extremely accurate data entry skills; Ability to work under pressure; Demonstrated analytical reasoning ability; Communicating with customers effectively and professionally; A high school diploma or GED.
This is a safety sensitive position that requires a valid driver license, drug screening, and a background check.
