NATCO is looking to add a Warehouse Supply Coordinator to our small team to help purchase, organize, and dispatch materials and assets in our warehouses.
This position is responsible for ensuring internal control procedures are precisely followed and inventory is accurately cataloged for audit compliance.
The ideal candidate is someone extremely organized with the proven ability to accurately catalog inventory and maintain stock levels.

Management of the shipping workflow and other warehouse operations.
Maintaining the daily shipping and receiving schedule.
Reviewing open and closed orders and invoices.
Categorizing inventory and completing inventory tracking.
Creating and filing sales orders, invoices, productivity reports, packing lists, and other documentation.
Assisting the operations department with fulfillment and quality control.
Using the warehouse management systems to maintain inventory controls to include minimum and maximum inventory levels Verification to ensure orders are filled accurately.
Escalation of issues wot management when necessary.
Following all company policies and procedures.
Use of moving equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks to safely and efficient move inventory around the warehouse and shipping facility.
Performing periodic inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of database information and minimize the risk of inventory issues.
Responsible for inventory sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining products The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
